Smedia winner for Coláiste Dhúlaigh College of FE
Congratulations to Film Production student Shane Collier who won Film Script of the Year at the 2007 3 Smedia Awards for his screenplay A View From The Top . The Smedia awards are high profile and receive entries from universities such as UCD, Trinity College Dublin, DCU and NUIG . Their sponsors include RTE, TV3, TG4, The Irish Times, Nokia and Oxygen.ie. Congratulations also go to Film Production student Noel Kealy. Noel's script Gold, Frankinscense and Her was also nominated for Film Script of the Year. Finally, congratulations to present Communication and Media Production students Natalie, Rob, Bronagh Hooper, Charlie Hyland and Aimee O'Sullivan who were all nominated for TV Production of the year.
